How often does National Geographic's count update?
We check the official Instagram API about every 10 seconds and push changes to your screen instantly, without reloading the page. Instagram data comes from the official Graph API (Business Discovery) and covers Business and Creator accounts only.
Is this count estimated?
No. Every number on this page comes from the platform's official API. Growth figures and the chart are computed only from observations we've recorded — we never back-fill, interpolate or simulate counts.
Can I use this counter on stream?
Yes — open the OBS overlay builder for a transparent browser-source URL, or use full-screen mode on a TV or projector.
